Conversion of the Stage X file to FBX format

Open PMD Editor, import the first Stage X file (カモメ町1.01.x) and save as DAE file.

Error

When this Error massage is shown, incorrect file names with missing
Japanese letters are observed in the unzipped (Extracted) folder.
This causes incorrect conversion from X file to DAE format in the PMDEditor.

Download the zip file again and confirm the file name in the Extracted folder.

Open the FBX file in the 3DXchange 6, Go to Modify/Transform(T)/Scale.

The MMD stage is very small. Push 'Root Node' at Scene Tree and set Scale as '10000' (9999,5).
